Registration & Eligibility Requirements:

• FREE to enter for all eligible participants aged 21 and older.
• Must be a Valley Sky Club member to claim their prize.
• Must be dressed in a Halloween costume that complies with the guidelines listed below.
• Sign-ups will not be accepted once registration closes.
• Participants may only register and compete in one category.
• Entrants must choose one category below upon sign-up.
• Category Selection:
  • Category 1: Scariest
  • Category 2: Funniest / Most Creative
  • Category 3: Best Duo or Group
  • *Prizes for the ‘Best Duo or Group’ category represent the total payout, not per individual group member.

Costume Guidelines & Restrictions:

• NO face paint or heavy makeup that prevents immediate identification.
• NO masks or hoods that cover any part of the face.
• NO offensive, inappropriate, or excessively revealing
• NO impersonation or costumes representing local law enforcement, security, military, or emergency services personnel.
• NO weapon replicas or costume props that look like actual weapons such as handguns, rifles, swords, knives, hatchets, machetes, etc.
• NO stilts or wheeled footwear.
